What the day will cover…
- Questions that inspire
- What draws us to this work, why do we do it?
- Grounding – How do we stay rooted in Unitarianism and connected to our source?
- Changing Worship – How is our witness evolving, how do we meet new needs?
- Belonging – How can we build teamwork and a deeper sense of community?
- Growth – What pathways exist for training, courses, and paid roles?
- Challenges – What obstacles do we face?
- Sharing Strength – How can we pool resources and collegiality to keep improving?
Training will be delivered by the Unitarian College and includes lunch.
The cost of the course is free of charge to those within the North and East Lancashire Unitarian Mission (NELUM).
A £20 charge is requested from those who wish to attend, but serve outside the North and East Lancashire Unitarian Mission district, and participants are encouraged to approach congregations and Districts to help with funding.

Our Lay Worship & Leadership Foundation course is open to everyone who would like to share their unique voice, learn how to lead worship, or improve their quality of worship.
